Rolling Green Properties is a small, privately owned rental business comprised of cottages and apartments located on Old Cullowhee Road nestled between Sylva and Cullowhee, NC.  The rental property encompasses 48 acres including a pasture with picnic tables and hammocks available for relaxation.  A creek runs through the property, and flows into the Tuckaseegee River which is within walking distance for wading, rafting, and fly fishing activities. The Jackson County Greenway, a two mile walking, jogging, and biking path which follows the Tuckaseegee River is also located within walking distance of the property.

Gregory and Marcia Lee are the owners and property managers and reside in their home/office located on a portion of the property.

Rolling Green offers a quiet and peaceful setting, and primarily leases to working professionals  and graduate students. The Western North Carolina University campus is located approximately three miles from the property.

The rental property consists of four one-bedroom cottages, one two-bedroom cottage, a converted barn housing two separate apartments with two bedrooms each, and a converted hotel comprised of one-bedroom apartments.  All units are unfurnished and the lease is for a minimum of one year. Units are available to be viewed by appointment only. Pricing is available upon request.

The property is on a water well and septic system, which is included with the rent. A laundry room with residential appliances is also located on the property (for resident use only)

at no charge. Residents can easily establish a personal account through the area's providers for power & digital services - allowing you to control your service based on your specific needs.

Rolling Green is Dog and Cat Friendly with a one-time pet fee of $350 with a maximum of two pets per unit. There are dog breed restrictions in place and all dogs must be approved by the property owners. All pets must be spayed or neutered by the age of twelve months.
